Had a pour over from the master himself - best pour-over I've had to date. This place is offering some of the best beans especially if you're into light roasted single-origin or experimental collabs with some of the best coffee growers in the world. He has co-ferment options to for those seeking juicy flavor bombs. On top of that, your pour over is made by the roaster himself. The owner/roaster is a legend in the coffee community.
